Our Philosophy On:
Customer Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction is a buzz word in the service industry that many companies like to throw to make their clients feel better. At Tiger Web Solutions, customer satisfaction is more than just a buzz word: it is a requirement. In the design world, a designer's reputation is what brings in the business. All it takes is one unhappy customer to ruin many years of hard work. On the other side, having a web site designed is a large investment. Why pay money for a web site that you are not happy with? This is why we will work with you to get you the web site that fits your requirements.
The Web Design Industry
Even though the internet as we know it is still very young, the web design industry has went through many massive changes over the years. Because of the extremely dynamic environment, designers have had to keep up with new trends and conform to new technologies in order to stay competitive. Recently many companies have starting outsourcing their design work over seas because the prices are so much cheaper. We can tell you from experience, trying to compete with Indian companies that only charge $200 for a web site is tough! How do we cope with the dynamic environment and outsourcing? By keeping our costs low and delivering eye catching designs for our customers. The increases in technology are good for designers because they tend to make design easier. Outsourcing over seas is not a bad thing, but it's not good either. Because the designers are halfway around the world and speak another language, there is barrier that can make web design very difficult. We're different because anytime you want to talk to us, stop by our office or give us a call.
Pricing
It's a common question: how do you determine your prices? It's a complex matter, but you have to take into account many things. Just like any other business, we have bills and employees to pay. Because developing web sites can be a timely operation, we have to take into account that we can only handle a few projects at a time and we must cover our expenses. We will start with the project requirements and formulate a schedule of how long the project will take and how many designers will have to be involved. We then look at our workload and determine the price to quote to our customer. Our prices can vary from time to time due to many different things, but we try to keep our prices as low as possible.
